I’ve been really into smoothies lately. The one on the left has medeojol dates, frozen berries, kale, almond milk, and coconut yogurt. The one on the right has medeojol dates, kale, frozen strawberries, chocolate almond milk, coconut milk, and a scoop of designer whey.

Both delicious meal replacements for me! Love it!

Any recommendations?


I’m back! Been planning like crazy for the school year because in 2 short weeks ill be back in the classroom!

I found out thru an MRI that I have a small tear in my meniscus. Not enough for surgery, but my dr cautioned me to exercise to tolerance.

Has anyone had tears in Their meniscus who could recommend diet and exercise tips to attempt to help heal it??

Gym to Kitchen!


From the gym to the kitchen make the right choices!

Smoothie I made for lunch today after Pilates and shred classes at nysc

Very berry protein smoothie:
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 almond dream container of almond yogurt
1/2 cup or so of almond milk
1 scoop designer whey (yes I know, not dairy free but remember I don’t want to be wasteful and chuck it, after its gone ill be switching 🙂

Blend and enjoy 🙂

Just got my cod liver oil in the mail yesterday! Had my 1st tsp today! Ok flavor, but probably better off on or in something lol

Had a great workout this morning at NYSC in their new Shred class! 47% of my calorie burn was fat! Hell yeah kicking ass!
