From the gym to the kitchen make the right choices!
Smoothie I made for lunch today after Pilates and shred classes at nysc
Very berry protein smoothie:
1/2 cup mixed frozen berries
1 almond dream container of almond yogurt
1/2 cup or so of almond milk
1 scoop designer whey (yes I know, not dairy free but remember I don’t want to be wasteful and chuck it, after its gone ill be switching 🙂
Blend and enjoy 🙂
